The clips are adjustable to ensure a comfortable and stable fit. They include a small rubber ear protector to protect your ear during use.

The color of the clip is selected in harmony with the original design's hook, so that the final result maintains the aesthetic balance of the piece.

¿Cuánto cuesta el envío?

Península 3,80 €, Baleares 4,50 € y Canarias 7,80 €. Envío gratis desde 95 € (Península y Baleares) y 120 € en Canarias. El resto de países se calcula en el pago (o ver en políticas de envío). Cada pedido se prepara de forma individual, con embalaje protector y presentación cuidada.

¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?

Los pedidos se preparan con cuidado y se envían en 2/3 días laborables (si hubiera mucho volumen de pedidos el plazo puede aumentar). El plazo final depende del destino.

¿Las joyas están hechas a mano?

Sí. Todas las piezas están diseñadas y ensambladas a mano, una a una, por lo que pueden presentar pequeñas variaciones.

¿Qué puedo hacer si un modelo está agotado?

Si un modelo aparece como AGOTADO, puedes pulsar el botón “Avísame cuando esté disponible” y dejar tu correo. Cuando vuelva a estar disponible, recibirás un email automático para poder comprarlo. Ten en cuenta que no se reservan y, según el modelo, puede que no se reponga.

¿Tienes joyas personalizadas?

Sí. Algunas piezas pueden adaptarse o crearse de forma personalizada según tu idea y la disponibilidad de materiales. Si tienes algo en mente, puedes escribirme y valorar juntos las opciones. Al tratarse de creaciones realizadas especialmente para cada encargo, las piezas personalizadas no admiten cambios ni devoluciones.
